Everything in our store is made to order, which means we start working on your order as soon as your order comes through. We are a small, lean business that does not keep any physical inventory.
This allows us to provide the best possible price to our customers for custom-made products.
Since every product is custom-made, we do not offer any general returns for buyer’s remorse reasons (just didn’t like it, ordered wrong size, etc.).
If your product is damaged or defective, you are completely covered. We require photos to be sent of the damage or defects. Once photos are received, we will offer a free replacement or refund.
